I think it's a little more than that. The average 286 ran at 10 mhz, and this
PII is no less than 4 generations later (286 --> 386 --> 486 --> Pentium -->
Pentium II) and 40 times faster. All the same, I expect it must be around 200
points less than the very top programs.
