I do not believe it is only 200 elo worse than the top programs that has better
than 2500 elo(the games in the israeli league give only a lower bound for the
rating of chess program because the teams could choose the human to play against
the programs)
I also do not believe that sargonIII can get 1980 performance on a 286 machine
against players with fide rating.

I believe this 1980 is not based on fide ratings so it is misleading.
