Hi Fernando ,

until your friend arrives in the club I might as well try to entertain you a
little...

Your results somehow go along very well with many games I have watched
Bringer1.7 in various incarnations play on ICC.

I also compaired them with other amateur programs ( where those effects don't
seem to be happen that much ) and I think it is something very interesting with
this Bringer version .

1.) It plays reasonably well against computers .
2.) It plays reasonably well against the well-known medium-level
computerkiller-titled-players like N-De-Firmian or D-Zagorskis or in general
against all human players above 2400 it played .

3.) It scores relatively bad against humans between 2000-2200 who are used to
play against computers .

In fact this is in my opinion not due to being more vulnerable against things
like the Stonewall ( or similar ) but mainly due to allowing too many draws and
lack of technique .

Where I think Bringer1.6 was very balanced though not always spectacular
Bringer1.7 is IMHO much more like a young horse at the moment .

Ok , after this long preface;hey Fernando, I am curious ,could you send me those
games :-) ???

regards.
