My opinion is that the default personality is close to be the best personality
so the best idea is not to do big changes.

Increasing the value of pawn seems to be a big change relative to the default
chessmaster personality.
The value of pieces of nimzo7.32(except pawns) is also a big change relative to
the default personality.

Nimzo7.32 seems not to be weaker than chessmaster(ss=10) and it suggests that
the changes are in the right direction but I think that they are too much.

This is the reason that I suggest the personality when the valuae of pieces is
always the average between the nimzo personality and the default personality.

I will call it masnimaster
I did not test this personality.
