I think his point was that "most people also believe in what the President of
the USA says."  Because he is the only source of information for many cases.
But he _could_ be a lot more reliable, of course.

If you have games that are played with programs that are mis-configured, then
eliminating them would be a good step to take.  The best way to eliminate them
is to expose the games to people like Uri so that they can analyze them in
detail to see if everything was "OK".

IE your "number" is certainly well-known and accepted.  Perhaps it could be
made even more accurate?
