I remember one case when I saw that the book told Junior that one move Qxb2 is a bad move but Junior played it. The reason was that the other moves in the book were based only on one game so Junior could not play them and had to calculate. Junior chose the bad move after calculation. A good book could tell Junior to avoid it. A good book could tell Junior to play a move based on GM's suggestion or a previous analysis for a long time even if it has no games to be based on. Uri
