Against your own strenght? Against a test suite? With a multimeter? As I know my own strenght I can compare that to Hiarcs lowered in rating. That's what I do, and again, for standard I think it's relatively okay, but not for blitz, due to the very tactical nature of that time control and the tactical performance of chess programs.
