If I remember correctly, "Think in C++" by the same author of "Think in Java" is
also available for download (PDF) somewhere on the web. It seemed really good
(and huge), if anyone is interested I can probably find it.

(I have not followed all this thread so forgive me if this has already been
mentionned)
