Sure you may run them..But you can't *post* any finished tournaments, unless and
untill he gave you permission..Which he did ...

Does  he (Castle2000?) run winboard tournaments as well?

I find Chessmaster tournaments boring, since you can basically run only variants
of Chessmasters vers one another..

Now..Winboard on the otherhand, when you are trying out "personalities" of Yace
or Exchess or Gormit2, you get a wide range of different engines to test
against, not the xth personality of the same core engine..
