I'm sure they have bundles of personal integrity. That's not at issue. Their personal integrity has nothing to do, for example, with the failure to get a modem up and running in time. This, for me, anyway, is a management issue. How much does good management cost ? Could it cost less ? Could it be performed better ? I still think three of them was overkill, and possibly too expensive, given that one came from another continent. I still think that the communication handling was inept. Some simple figures would suffice to settle the former. The latter seems self evident. And, please, can we talk about this without it being (a) personal and (b) interpreted as personal attack.
