I think that the moderators have the right not to allow people to post if they
do not give their real name.
I do not see it as something against privacy.

I do not know the federal law that you talk about but I am sure that there are
people from many countries when the law is not relevant for them.

I did not hear about cases in Israel when people went to court for violation of
their privacy.
