I don' think the moderators would be liable in any case, this depends on ICD.  I
don't recall if ICD has a box where you say you are an adult when you sign up,
but it may be a good idea.  Beyond that I think all they need is to post a
privacy policy, i.e. if I give my real name to the moderators in good faith,
will ICD safeguard that?  Etc. Actually I suppose you should give your real name
to ICD, not the moderators, since they change all the time.
