Subject: Proposal to Moderators and CCC members

It gets more and more difficult to extract useful information from CCC since
currently 80% of all messages are about "legal" issues involving "anonymous"
access to CCC.

I would break CCC into two main sections. One that is more strongly monitored by
moderatores to ensure all messages comply with a certain protocol. And one that
contains all messages that are _not insulting_ but somehow not really important
to CCC. Insulting messages will be trashed without warning.
