Hi Pete,
This is exactly what i performed as instructed:

1.I downloaded the service pack into a file that i have marked as downloads in
my c:\\
2.There is now a zipped file that i unzipped that went into a file marked
unzipped on my c:\\
This now became two files: H732book.hbk and a readme file
3.I then started Hiarcs and created an empty book and called it H732.ctg
4.I now hit save which saved it in Hiarcs folder but should i have made a
seperate folder under Hiarcs for this? It shouldn't matter i believe!
5.Then a empty book tree appeared and i proceeded to the next step:
6.I pressed Alt,Shift and then G and also clicked all the keys at once but
nothing happens!
So this is where i stopped, can you help me from here?
 Best regards,
Terry
