My P6 is about two times faster, but that's all you can get. :-( It's even worse when you import a _huge_ PGN file (like the large book from Crafty) into a database; after about 50,000 (or was it 500,000?) imported games, the addition speed slows down to about 500 games/second or worse. Rebel is, after all, only a chess program, not a professional database. --- Shep
