You are dead wrong.  I have a constitutional right to freedom from malicious
lies.  You have the freedom to say whatever you want, so long as what you say
doesn't walk over someone else's freedom.  But when you use your freedom to
make false or misleading statements, you quickly discover that you are on the
wrong side of the legal system.

This is a common problem...  your right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of
happiness ends at the point where it interferes with someone else's rights to
the same thing..
