Intel has always been 1 step ahead of AMD-its only now with the release of the Thunderbird, that AMD really moves ahead-(however on a RDRAM platform, coppermine still beats AMD)but by the time these processors get going, intel will have willamete and its successors marching out and these will be more than a match in 32 bit apps than anything AMD can produce-and for 64 bit apps, merced and uits successors will rule the roost.
