Subject: Can't get my Comet B23 to work in WinBoard

I am running WinBoard 4.0.3 and using the following line in the .ini file,

\"comet_B23.exe\" /sd=c:\\chessprograms\\comet\\b23

and I made sure the file name agrees with what I had along with the path,
but Comet B23 won't work with winboard when I tried it yesterday.
There was no error message, time would run off the clock and the program
wouldn't make a move.
Am I forgetting something?
