You can download a modified version of my WinBoard.ini at my website. There's
not of engines installed, but it contains everything needed.

I agree with the comment made by Aaron. Generally there's a few things you have
to pay attention to:

1) Make sure you've got all the files needed. For the most part; program,
opening book(s) and configuration file is enough.

2) The commandline must be correct. Comet just need the name of the executable
(without .exe!) and a path. Other engines may differ and need commands like:
xboard, xb, -hash, config.cui and so on. Theses parameters can be found for a
specific program at

3) Check if there's configuration files that determine hashsize, book on/off,
ponder, tablebases and other changeable features. If you got 64Mb of ram you'll
need to change some of the default values for hashsize.
