I don't know about you, but my computer is not just a toy to play chess
with,it is used for a lot of other more important things (I know a lot
of us guys believe that playing chess between computer programmes is the
most important activity in this world!). On the whole a Pentium ii is by
far the best general purpose micro-processor available today for x686
PC.this is especially so for playing action computer games, where it is
clearly superior to AMD K6 and miles ahead of a CYRIX. i feel thah apart
from cost, a PII is still the best micro-processor, even for playing
chess.
