I would like to have a review of your arguments. I have a pretty big collection of long time games with Hiarcs and I haven't noticed anything special. But what am I to look for? Strange moves that can't be reproduced in analysis mode? If you can describe a method by which I check for these potential errors I will look through my games if I can find the time. Hmm, when I think about it: I won a game against Hiarcs at 2/40 once, and I couldn't reproduce some of the moves. I remember you thought it was due to learning. > >I think that this is the reason that hiarcs had problems in the ssdf at >tournament time control. > >If you use it for analysis then the bug is not serious because you can always >clear the hash tables in analysis by loading another engine and loading hiarcs >again. > >Uri
