I think that you should look for all the moves that cannot be reproduced in
analysis mode to see if they are better move or worse moves.

You should give at least the same time as the time in the games and in part of
the cases more time in order to get the same depth like the game.

If you get in analysis bigger depth than the game in the same time it is
probably a learning problem.

If you cannot get the same move in the same iteration it is also probably a
learning problem.
