I have no idea.

It is the old book, but updated with the new CAP data.

Don't know.

Yes, but it's a phone line.  I can't stand to use it for anything except posting
messages.  Even web pages that have pictures are intolerable.  I'm used to
everything being blindingly fast at work, and so using the internet at home is a
real pain.

On the other hand, in text only forums like this one or one USENET it's not so
bad.
