I run Rebel 9 on a P II 300 and I have not had a problem. Rebel 9 is the best program I have tested to date hands down. On ICC Rebel 9 played under my account name Klamath holds the #1 rating on standard rated games with a ICC rating of 2727. Does anyone know what the best setup for rebel 9 is playing blitz games, or is the default settings the best?
