And if someone can beat you with a gimmick, then you can learn how to defend it. And if the weaker players beat you, you should look at how you lost. If you lose to a supergm or crafty on an 8 cpu machine, no big surprise there. But if you lose to a lower rated player then you have found something worth investigation.
