No idea, up to him.  He was using a book tagged from the first million EPD rows
starting from 17.0 forward.  I'm guessing he will use the new one, since it has
more and greatly improved data in it.

There are two thresholds.  One says, "If the CAP score is above this level, do
it."  The other says, "If the CAP score is below this level, avoid it."   Those
levels can be adjusted by the program user.

Does not.  At 40/2, Dr Hyatt's SMP crafty can outsearch CAP, so I'm not sure it
would be valuable at that time control.  Might be nice for blitz.
