This is how I interpreted them:

Crafty played a total of 161 games, 100 against SOS and 61 against Yace.
Against SOS, it had +95,=4,-1, for 97%; against Yace, it had +46,=2,-13, for
77%.  Overall Crafty was +141,=6,-14, for 89.4% against these two opponents.
