Your discussion here in this thread with a few members is very uninteresting to
me.
Yet they were posted here, and you had no selfdiscipline at all not to post
them, or take them to e-mail, even after your own verbal spanking of others.

It seems these postings are very important to you. If so, then CM-postings are
even more important, as they're not only important to the posters themselves,
but about computer chess as well.
So in your own logic, you should be first choice in holding back posting, and
secondly them.

A lot of my postings are *very* uninteresting, yet I won't hold them back, as
they're important to me, not matter what people say.

It's nice to be amongst friends and well known people, and talk about things,
especially when your interests coincide, like computer chess.
It can lead to chitterchatter and seemingly unuseful communication, yet even
small talk serves a very clear purpose: to stay in contact with each other, and
understand each other.

This message board is a meeting place. Meeting places are busy with traffic, not
filled with 100% efficiency. Go visit the coffee machine(s) in (big) companies
and you'll understand.

Feel free to post here about issues you consider to be important in this meeting
place. It's yours as well.

Jeroen ;-}
