I expect the same more or less. I think it will get in trouble often but will
somehow manage to hold on to a number of difficult positions. Short of some
tremendous blunder, I do not see it winning any games here though. It will be
very interesting to see how it does though. I look forward to watching the
games. One thing that may work to its advantage is that although many players
have played against Fritz, Junior is a different matter altogether, and knowing
how to play against Fritz may be of very limited use against Junior. On the
other hand, the tournament is an important one, and I expect the players to
prepare well, not wanting to be added to the program's scalp collection.
