Why does the line 1.e4 c5 2.Ne2!? give white a slight edge?

Chess Informant gives 2...Nf6 3.Nbc3 d5 4.exd5 Nxd5 5.Nxd5 Qxd5 6.d4 cxd4 7.Qxd4
Qxd4 8.Nxd4 a6 9.Be3 Bd7 10.O-O-O Nc6 with an edge for white.

Is there a way for black to secure equality in this anti-sicilian line?
