I downloaded ChessBase Lite for an evaluation. Needless to say, getting through the database isn't too easy. Since I'm new to this I had the following questions: 1. How can I reverse the board so that I can play (evaluate) the black position? 2. Does CB allow you to sort games by their openings? I know the answer is yes but I don't understand the "keys" or code or whatever CB is using (yes, I'm a novice but your gota start somewhere). Is there an "english" listing of the openings and variations within CB? How do I access it? 3. Those of you who have use CB, I would appreciate your comments regarding its value to you. BTW, I have considered the fact that I'm using a demo version and some of these functions may be limited in this version. If that's the case I guess I'll just have to buy the full version. Anyway, any advice you can give will be appreciated. Thanks
