I copied this warning from the kasparov's site(I only changed their big letters to small letters). "The live rebroadcast of these games is exclusive to kasparovchess.com. this transmission is deemed "time-sensitive information" and any party rebroadcasting these games while they are in progress will be prosecuted for rights infringement. we appreciate your cooperation in making chess sponsorship a viable enterprise and chess a succesful professional sport!" I understand that they say that posting the games while they are in progress is against the low. I want to know if this warning is right for all the countries. If it is not right for one country someone from that country can rebroadcast the games and maybe I can watch them because I cannot watch them in kasparovchess.com in a convenient way(I need to download first microsoft virtual machine first and after one try that took almost an hour and after it the download failed because I need to do update to windows I gave up). My old computer with old operating system like windows95 is connected to the internet and it may be the reason that I have problems to watch the games but I had not problems to watch games on ICC so it is not only my system fault.
