You can't copyright the actual moves of a chess game. You can copyright annotations and such, but not the actual moves played. I personally wouldn't re-broadcast the event from their web-page, but if I had a commercial interest in doing so, I'd likely consult a lawyer, they'd most likely say it's a bluff from club kasparov, and I'd broadcast the event without any apprehension whatsoever. My guess would be that no lawyers were involved in the making of that statement, and the web master simply put it in to try to intimidate people with it. Regards, Adrien.
