Is adding to a commercail program 'making a profit from it' ?

I only ask because I wouldn't be adding it to make a profit, just to
make it easier for the autotesters, and for power users who like
autotesting.

Let me know, and I can decide whether to put it in or leave it out of
the Windows version of CSTal
