No

The rating of the ssdf list is comp-comp rating.

results of 4.5 is about 2700 performance and the ssdf rating of Junior on the
hardware it play is probably 100-150 elo better.

I do not buy the 2900 ssdf rating guess from kasparovchess
because of diminishing return from speed but I believe that it is more than 2800
ssdf rating.
