Yes you missed something.

millenium does not want other programs like genius to be in the ssdf list and if
the ssdf decided that if there is no genius in the ssdf list then there is also
no shredder.

You also missed Fritz6a.

shredder4 lost against Fritz6a in the ssdf games.
These games are public.

shredder4 is one of the best programs but not the best.
It is one of the candidates to the second place.
