the HW advantages of some of the others, it's quite remarkable:

Some time-control changes, plus an interface change, plus a qsearch experiment.
I'm limiting the qsearch to 4 ply, since it didn't seem to be working very well
anyway.  I think this result means that it's really not implemented correctly.

Historically, computer ratings seem to rise in June and July, and I can only
think it's due to the humans on summer vacation. (?)
