I think Comet which you can download an .eng engine for Chessbase interfaces plays a rather human like game. Also, a _much_ weaker program would be the Cilian Winboard engine, and this is one of the Winboard engines that _will_ work with the Chessbase interfaces. It'll allow you to play much deeper into the game than stronger programs will let you get. I've only won one game against Cilian. To _me_ it seems very human like. Pete
