How do you know that in most of the games it came with a decisive advantage?

I understand that anand claimed that 28.Be3 was winning but I do not know if he
is right.

I do not know if Deep Junior could win in the first game(the opponent's
suggestion after the game could not help Deep Junior to win by my analysis).
Did you analyze the first game to tell me that Deep Junior missed a win?
