It's a conspiracy.  Bobby Fischer has been hiding in the box, and really tied
one on last night.  Still woozy, he played e6.  He realized his mistake right
away, but rather than trying a takeback, he decided to play like a gentleman and
leave it be.

Either that or the book has changed.
