The main explanation is _evaluation_.  As I have said many times, repeating
what Hsu has said even more often, DB was not only about going fast.  It was
about going fast with a good evaluation. Their king safety was quite good.
Good enough that these kinds of things are _very_ rare, while with most current
programs, this happens regularly on ICC.
