There isn't a lot of information at the Chessbase site other than:

FRITZ6 DEMO English
Comes with a strong engine and comfortable database functions. Use it to store
and manage your fully annotated games in the most beautiful chess interface on
the market. Cut and paste game notations through the Windows clipboard.
Full HTML-documentation included.

The usual baitware documentation. Who would want a weak engine, uncomfortable
database functions and an ugly GUI, or various permutations? If you download the
demo version, the HTML-documentation will probably explain why you shouldn't
have :o). Seriously, it can't hurt downloading the demo version. I think I'll
give it a try.

Best wishes...
Mogens
