Hiarcs has a learning bug at long time control and I guess that it is the reason
that it has problems at long time controls.

I saw cases when mistakes of hiarcs in games could not be reproduce manually if
you give hiarcs only the position that it blundered but the same mistakes can be
reproduced manually when you play a game with the same moves against it.
