Nonsense. Leko will play:

b) beating the computer

And obviously he is NOT playing to amuse the CCC spectators, or get slaughtered
or something.

By the way, I am very amused that the human GM's are doing so well the last few
rounds, since I have the feeling that most CCC readers think that chess programs
already have the strength of a strong GM. Which is not the case. There is still
a lot to be done before a computer program has the same UNDERSTANDING as a GM. A
human is smart, he can get closed positions if he wants. Tuning the book makes
no sense, because there are so many ways to get out of book quickly.

Sorry guys, chess programs are SCORING well in tournaments, they are tactical
above 3000 Elo, but in understanding blocked positions they are not even a
threat to an 1800 player. So Peter Leko: Close the position and catch up with
Vladimir today!
