No, of course not, I believe you, Bert :) They only threaten you with
court cases for putting their updates on your web site, and, and, and.

I can assure you that there is absolutely no possibility whatsoever that
the engine of Chess System Tal would enter into the caverns of
Beelzebub.

Of course you're not. Its a terrible monopoly situation brought about by
the overcrowded market in chess programs (there are too many), and the
difficulty for  individual programmers to market their own programs.

And for every new engine added to the total number N of engines, the
individual payments to each programmer will fall in direct proportion to
N.

But here in Oxonia we are fighting hard against the Imperium ....... :)
