Some people(probably Hyatt and Hsu) believe that Deep Junior has no chance against Deep blue chip if Hsu decide to develop it. Some people(probably amir Ban) believe that the opposite is correct. I suggest the sides will do a bet of 100,000$ about the question who is right. If Amir is sure that Deep Junior is better then he can agree to a match about this question. If hsu is sure that he is going to win in a 20 game match then he can agree about a match and agree about a date in 2001 to begin the match. Hsu does not have to worry about the risk of losing money to develop his chip because the money can come from winning the bet. I believe that people from both sides can also be involved in the bet to support the programmers. Example: Bob Hyatt may put money on the bet for Deep blue chip and if Deep blue chip wins then Hsu is going to get half of the money. Do the sides agree to this idea? Uri
