Apparently yes, even though Fritz changes to 21... g6 after one and a half
minut. It changes back to 21... Qxa2 after approx. 5 minutes.

About 1 second.

Fritz prefers Ke7, but there's still going to be a queen exchange I think.

38...Rf6+ 39.Kg7 c5 40.h7 Rf7+ 41.Kg6 Rxh7
  -/+ (-1.13) Depth: 18/39 00:18:14 829052kN

With 38... b5:

Post Modernist - Amateur
8/5r2/2p1k1KP/pp2p3/3bP3/5P2/6P1/7R w - - 0 1

Analysis by Fritz 6 Light:

39.h7 Rxh7 40.Kxh7 b4 41.g4 Be3 42.Re1 Bf4 43.Rb1 Bg5
  -/+ (-0.91) Depth: 18/40 00:18:55 836456kN

Best wishes...
