You can easily turn down it's strength.  I haven't messed around with Rebel
Decade for a while, but there's some real obvious ways to do it in the pulldown
menu.  Just mess around with it for a while.

No, Rebel Decade is not weak.  No, your computer is not too fast, there's no
such thing as a computer that's too fast.
