I'm sorry to bore you terribly, but I believe in computer-computer-chess
competion there is such a thing and it could easily be found if it were
tried hard enough. But I agree it is not *that* interesting to prove
that it is practically *sure* that A is the strongest overall program by
a margin of 1.3251 % to it's closest competitor. But it could be done :)
