I use WinTop - it's a great program - it will show you CPU % (as well as total
CPU hours used, you can even see how idle your CPU has been), threads, you can
find memory usage, broken down into memory allocated for the physical code, as
well as memory allocated for data.  Both of those categories are then broken
into allocated and actually in use memory.  It will also tell you if memory is
potentially paged out.

WinTop is freely available from Microsoft, and I believe it is part of the
"PowerTools" package which comes with a bunch of other goodies.
